Built in 2010 , I have four bedrooms and two bathrooms, all fitted with double glazed windows. I have had two owners, with the current one being with me since 2017.
The current owners, a young couple, have raised their lovely daughter here. She has roamed around, toddled and played on small hills, growing up healthy and happy. How ever due to the current owner's business in Cambridge, they have decided to move for the convenience of commuting, and am awaiting my next family.
I have been well maintained under the care of the current owner. The exterior paint, has been redone, and the boundary, once a partial iron fence, has been replaced with timber fencing. As my large land has character, with elevations for children to explore, I have enough room to potentially park a boat or a caravan at the side.
Be creative and add a pool to the yard for those summer months and still have plenty of space.
Now I am awaiting my third owner. Just as with the current owner, wish to provide warmth and comfort to the new owner and gift them happiness.
